Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order and shipped by a trusted global partner.
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
Canada & USA: 5–10 business days
International: 7–30 business days
( Most arrive sooner but this helps incase of delays outside of our control)
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Orders may arrive sooner depending on your region.
Where do you ship from?
To minimize environmental impact and reduce delays, some orders depending on the items are fulfilled from regional hubs closest to your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Rates and times vary depending on destination,
Your country may require additional VAT, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please make sure all shipping details are correct before completing your order.
We are unable to modify addresses once an order is placed due to our production process. This cannot be changed

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply. These costs are not included at checkout and must be paid upon delivery. If an order is refused or returned to us due to nonpayment of these fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

All items are made to order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days ( Most arrive sooner but this helps incase of delays outside of our control) please also be aware that holiday season does impact shipping times so please prepare in advance!

Because each item is made to order, all purchases are considered final sale.

IWhat if my order arrives damaged or something’s wrong?
We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll make it right.

Keep your artwork out of direct sunlight and away from high humidity. For framed pieces, dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Proper care helps preserve the colors and quality for years to come.

Are your prints framed?
In the Fine Arts Prints Collection All prints are sold unframed unless otherwise stated in the product description or menu. This allows you to choose the perfect frame that suits your space and style. We also feature limited drops of Framed Prints in our Framed Editions Collection.
What type of paper do you use?
Each print is meticulously produced using Hahnemühle German Etching paper (310 GSM, 100% alpha-cellulose) — renowned for its velvety texture, museum-quality matte finish, and archival longevity. This traditional copperplate paper enhances the artwork’s rich tones and fine details, bringing a tactile depth that invites both sight and touch.
Will the colors match what I see on screen?
While screens can vary slightly, we work hard to ensure that the print colors are as true to the original artwork as possible.

Do you offer licensing or digital downloads?

The artwork created by Divinity Illustrations is authorized solely for personal use.
Modification, commercial use, or resale of any artwork—whether digital or printed—is strictly prohibited.
All collaborations, brand partnerships, and licensing agreements must be confirmed in writing with Divinity Illustrations.
Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
